To assume a dual role as Product Owner and Business Analyst by defining and developing the product vision, managing and prioritizing the product backlog, and eliciting, analyzing, and documenting project requirements to ensure business needs are effectively met within the Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Product Management
- Develop the product vision and strategy based on customer needs and business goals.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog according to business value and expected impact.
- Regularly manage and update the product backlog to ensure alignment with current and future requirements.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis
Elicit business requirements through workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders.Analyze and document requirements using user stories, use cases, and functional diagrams.Ensure requirements are clear and effectively communicated to development teams.Collaboration with Development Teams
Work closely and effectively with development teams to provide product vision and guidance on requirements.Participate in daily sprint meetings to ensure the team understands task priorities and requirements.Resolve any issues or inquiries that arise during development to maintain workflow efficiency.Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage their expectations effectively.Provide regular reports on project progress and overall product status.Address stakeholder inquiries and provide clarifications to ensure satisfaction.Process Improvement
Maintain and enhance business analysis and product management processes within the Agile framework.Identify and implement best practices to ensure process efficiency and quality.Change Management
Manage change requests and ensure proper tracking and documentation.Ensure all activities comply with established procedures and standards.Training and Continuous Development
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in product management and business analysis.Provide training and support to the team to ensure adoption of modern tools and methodologies.Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of five years of experience in product management and business analysis in an Agile environment.Strong experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.Experience in developing user stories, modeling use cases, and applying other requirements gathering techniques.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Experience managing similar products is an advantage.Personal Skills
