located (or ready for relocation) in UAE to lead the Retention & Business as Usual stream in the fastest growing product – Tabby card. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal and compliance teams to deliver a seamless and scalable digital experience for millions of customers. Lead retention initiatives, customer engagement, feature upgrades, international transaction handling, and operational improvements related to the cardholder experience. Craft and execute an ambitious product roadmap for an efficient products activation process. Own the entire product lifecycle — from rare ideas to full-fledged fintech solutions. Work closely with legal, compliance, security and core teams to ensure that products meet local regulations and security standards while balancing innovation. Keep an ear to the ground on market trends, user behaviour, and competitors to stay ahead. Be the glue between engineering, designers, marketing and compliance to ensure alignment. Collaborate with UI / UX teams to create a smooth and intuitive experience. Set and track KPIs to measure progress and impact. Analyze activation data to understand user behaviour and identify areas for improvement. Plan and oversee the launch of new features with marketing and communications to ensure clear messaging and user adoption. What you will need

UAE residence or ready for relocation 5+ years

of experience as a Product Manager, with expertise in digital financial services, cards, or mobile banking products. Proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful products. Resilience and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Fluency in English Job Benefits
