Overview
Job Purpose : To actively identify, pursue, and secure new catering and labor service contracts by working directly in the field. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can independently generate leads, build client relationships, prepare proposals, and close deals — while also contributing to market strategy based on ground-level insights.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to construction sites, industrial zones, factories, and potential client offices
- Actively source and qualify new leads through site visits, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms
- Identify decision-makers and build long-term relationships with project managers, procurement officers, and company owners
- Present the company’s catering and labor service offerings in a compelling and professional manner
- Attend client meetings, conduct presentations, and negotiate terms until deal closure
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with client needs
- Monitor project announcements, tenders, and business opportunities across various sectors
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and HR teams to align offerings with delivery capability
- Maintain and update a lead tracking sheet / CRM with follow-up status and outcomes
- Analyze competitor activity and recommend pricing or package adjustments
- Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to the CEO with market feedback and progress
- Support the development of sales strategies and targeted plans for specific sectors or regions
