Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for the Sales Department based on their requests.
• Maintain electronic records of customer quotations, purchase orders, and related transactions.
• Create orders in the SAP system and ensure that the prices and quantities match the quotations sent to the customer.
• Follow up with Production and Purchasing to ensure materials are available in stock.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics) to resolve all issues and ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.
• Inform Sales Engineers if a customer's account is blocked due to exceeding the credit limit.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
• Respond promptly to customer and sales inquiries and process their requests.
• Monitor open sales orders daily, ensuring no orders remain open without a valid reason.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Department to confirm the delivery of materials to customers as per the scheduled time.
