Fulfillment & Logistics Senior Manager

in our Riyadh, KSA office. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing our e-storage, order fulfillment, marketplace replenishment, last mile, and reverse logistics operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in the operational integration of Opontia's acquired brands in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

Identify, assess, onboard, and manage suitable partners for Storage, Fulfillment, and Last Mile logistics in Saudi Arabia. Develop, improve, and ensure compliance with SOPs and SLAs with internal and external stakeholders for online marketplaces, own websites, social commerce, and B2B channels. Drive governance processes internally and with partners. Conduct SWOT analyses, cost / benefit assessments, and operational strategy evaluations. Continuously challenge the status quo to improve efficiency and productivity. Monitor and improve performance metrics such as SLA fulfillment %, On Promise Attempts %, Delivery %, Lead Time, Customer Return Rate %, Fulfillment and Logistics NPS, among others. Maintain and validate functional reporting for real-time insights and trend analysis. Conduct due diligence on potential e-commerce brands for acquisition, assessing complexity and costs. Lead the operational integration of newly acquired brands to ensure seamless sales and customer experience. Collaborate on cross-functional projects involving Acquisitions, Brand Management, Tech, and Finance. Hire, manage, and coach a team of Fulfillment & Logistics professionals. Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial attitude; willing to get involved in all aspects of operations. Data-driven decision-making approach. Proven track record of building, growing, and managing logistics and e-commerce operations (7-10 years in logistics, 2-5 years in e-commerce). Knowledge of e-fulfillment and last-mile operations in Saudi Arabia; experience in the Middle East, Europe, or Africa is a plus. Experience with tender management for freight and logistics services. Familiarity with managing freight and 3PL / 4PL providers. Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively. Fluent in Arabic and English.
