ACCOUNTABILITIES

Commercial Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Business Development :

Develop and execute a strategic plan to attract suppliers looking for efficient logistics solutions in the healthcare sector, with a focus on 3PL services.

  • Identify and approach potential suppliers in the healthcare logistics sector to present Zahrawi's logistics offerings.
  • Relationship Building :
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in supplier organizations, ensuring Zahrawi’s position as their preferred logistics partner.

  • Cultivate long-term business relationships through continuous engagement and support.
  • Pricing, Financial Modelling, and Negotiations :
  • Lead pricing discussions, financial modelling, and contract / SLA negotiations with prospective suppliers.

  • Secure long-term partnerships by aligning Zahrawi’s service offerings with the suppliers' business needs and market demands.
  • Market Intelligence and Growth :
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving targets for new supplier acquisitions and the expansion of logistics service offerings.
  • Sales Performance and Reporting :
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.

  • Ensure continuous tracking and reporting of KPIs, including revenue growth and new partnerships secured.
  • Operational Responsibilities :

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams :
  • Work closely with internal teams such as operations, regulatory, and finance to ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients.

  • Ensure all internal teams are aligned with client requirements and timelines for a seamless logistics experience.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Service Execution :
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure obligations are met, ensuring that customers are satisfied with Zahrawi’s logistics services.

  • Address and resolve any service issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Management :
  • Ensure compliance with KSA’s logistics regulations, industry best practices, and healthcare logistics standards.

  • Regularly review operational processes to maintain compliance and industry-leading standards in logistics and distribution.
  • Logistics Services Promotion :
  • Promote Zahrawi logistics services (Storage, Distribution, etc.) by creating leads and conducting outreach efforts.

  • Visit multinational companies operating directly in KSA to position Zahrawi as their logistics arm.
  • Engagement with SMEs and Government Entities :
  • Engage with entrepreneurial SMEs looking for 3PL services to expand their operations in KSA.

  • Connect with government and semi-government entities seeking fully operated storage & distribution facilities for healthcare logistics.
  • REQUIREMENTS

    Experience : 10+years

    Job Specific Skills :

  • Experience in domestic logistics with strong sales experience and supply chain knowledge.
  • Familiarity with local regulations for storage and distribution, particularly in healthcare logistics.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to drive growth.
  • 3PL logistics experience is preferred.
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Experience with pricing strategies, financial modelling, and contract / SLA negotiation .
  • Additional Details : Candidate should be based in KSA; Riyadh
