Job descriptionInvestigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements. Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints. Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers. Knowledge in ISO-9001 and ISO-20001. Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements. Worked in GitLap DevSecOps Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field.
- Work experience in IT Quality Assurance 8+ years.
- Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or ISTQB
- Understanding in NCA & NDMO regulations.
- Understanding of agile / scrum methodology and how QA functions within it.
