Job Summary :

The Director of Machinery and Real Estate Valuation is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire valuation department, which includes machinery, equipment, and real estate. This role involves ensuring accurate valuations for various purposes such as sales, acquisitions, insurance, and financial reporting. The Director will ensure adherence to TAQEEM standards and international best practices while leading a team. This role requires a focus on maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, producing high-quality valuation reports, and supporting the organization’s broader objectives. Real estate valuation experience is preferred to complement expertise in machinery valuation. The Director is also responsible for business development and expanding revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the entire valuation department, including machinery, equipment, and real estate valuations.
