Manage a portfolio of client accounts serving as the main point of contact for all communication and inquiries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic recommendations to achieve their marketing goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute effective marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients to optimize their marketing strategies.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients, driving revenue growth for the company.
Stay uptodate on industry trends and developments and proactively share insights and recommendations with clients.
Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Participate in new business development activities, including pitching to potential clients and contributing to proposals and presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
