Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts serving as the main point of contact for all communication and inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic recommendations to achieve their marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute effective marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients to optimize their marketing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients, driving revenue growth for the company.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and developments and proactively share insights and recommendations with clients.
  • Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in new business development activities, including pitching to potential clients and contributing to proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
