Job descriptionAbout NCR Atleos NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, is a leader in expanding financial access. Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe.Quality Assurance EngineerThe role of Quality Assurance Engineer is crucial for the successful delivery of NCR Atleos Professional Services projects. This position is located at a customer site in Jeddah, KSA. Its responsibilities consist of the following : Prepare test cases based on technical design documents Execute test cases on self service terminals Report issues to the development team and follow up on releases Identify and report test environment issues and follow up with customer's team to ensure timely resolution Coordinate with customer's testing team to prepare test data Support customer's team during SIT, UAT, etc. Basic troubleshooting on issues to identify root causeThe following qualifications are required Degree on Computer Science, IT or related field Minimum of 3 years working experience in quality assurance preferably in a Financial Institution Good understanding of web based technologies Excellent communication and coordination skills Saudi nationalOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
