Quality Assurance Engineer – Jeddah, KSA

The role of Quality Assurance Engineer is crucial for the successful delivery of NCR Atleos Professional Services projects. This position is located at a customer site in Jeddah, KSA. Its responsibilities consist of the following :

• Prepare test cases based on technical design documents
• Execute test cases on self service terminals
• Report issues to the development team and follow up on releases
• Identify and report test environment issues and follow up with customer\'s team to ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with customer\'s testing team to prepare test data
• Support customer\'s team during SIT, UAT, etc.
• Basic troubleshooting on issues to identify root cause
