Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on Shared Services Design & Transition, Global Business Services, Center of Excellence and governance structures

Lead digital process transformation and organization design initiatives

Support working capital optimization and strategic cost optimization, including treasury operations

Perform assessment and design of Shared Services, Target Operating Model, governance and interaction models; prepare transition plans and business cases for proposed org structures

Assess opportunities to leverage GenAI and Agentic architectures to generate efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction

Conduct Shared Services feasibility assessments, benchmarking projects and propose Transformation Roadmaps

Implement performance measurement and continuous improvement programs

Contribute to change impact assessments and oversee transitions for multiple business units

Support business development activities including identifying opportunities and presenting proposals

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of experience in consulting and finance transformation projects

Bachelor’s degree

Preferred knowledge of Resources / Oil & Gas

Arabic speaker preferred
