The Foresight Consultant is responsible for identifying emerging trends, analyzing future scenarios, and supporting long-term strategic planning. This role helps organizations anticipate potential challenges and opportunities, build future-readiness, and shape proactive strategies. The consultant works with senior leadership to embed foresight thinking into organizational planning and policy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on global and local future trends, technologies, and innovations.
• Develop foresight reports, future scenarios, and trend impact assessments.
• Support strategic planning by integrating foresight insights into long-term strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions on future thinking and scenario planning.
• Advise leadership on potential risks, opportunities, and implications of future developments.
• Collaborate with departments to embed foresight in policy and program design.
• Monitor signals of change and emerging issues affecting the organization or sector.
• Build internal awareness and capabilities in foresight methodologies and tools.
