In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive design expertise and user-centered approach to create innovative solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. Responsibilities

Lead user research activities to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Define user flows, create wireframes, and produce high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product teams to establish design specifications and ensure alignment with technical constraints. Facilitate design thinking workshops and user testing sessions to refine design concepts. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and industry best practices. Mentor junior design team members and foster a collaborative design culture. Stay informed about the latest design trends and technologies to influence our design strategies.
