Overview

Müller\'s Solutions is seeking a talented Experience Designer with 5 to 10 years of experience and CCXP certification for a 6-month project aimed at enhancing our customer experience design capabilities. In this role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional experiences across our digital platforms while leveraging your expertise in customer experience principles. Responsibilities

Lead and conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors. Develop detailed customer journey maps and personas to guide design initiatives. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product teams to define design specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives. Facilitate design reviews, user testing sessions, and focus groups to gather insights and feedback. Iterate on designs based on findings from user feedback and usability testing. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer experience design. Qualifications

Experience Designer with 5 to 10 years of experience and CCXP certification. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to create user-centered solutions. Proven experience in conducting in-depth user research, creating journey maps, developing wireframes and prototypes, and gathering user feedback to iteratively improve designs. Strong understanding of customer experience principles and their application to digital platforms.
