Develop and manage the monthly social media content calendar aligned with campaign plans and product priorities. Coordinate with the creative team to develop social content (static posts, motion graphics, videos, reels, stories, etc.). Draft and review social copy in both Arabic and English to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand tone. Schedule, publish, and monitor content across key platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.). Identify opportunities for real-time engagement and community growth. Escalate and coordinate with internal teams for inquiries requiring follow-up or action. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance content performance and audience engagement. Monitor and analyze social sentiment to identify shifts in brand perception and emerging issues. Summarize sentiment trends in monthly reports and provide actionable insights to the brand team. Stay up to date on platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging social media formats. Work closely with brand team to ensure messaging consistency across all campaigns. Collaborate with internal departments for campaign rollouts, events, and product launches. Qualification and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in social media management. Additional credit if the candidate holds a CDMP certificate. What We Offer :
