Responsibilities :
Creating and publishing content on all social media platforms. Developing and managing the social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification. Planning, creating, publishing, and sharing new content on a daily basis. Building out a plan that suits overarching company goals, strategizing tactics to achieve those goals, and exploring, testing, and optimizing different social media channels to suit a brand’s audience. Understanding the targeted audience for each social channel, creating persuasive content that resonates with the intended audience, and is unique to the typical interactions of each channel. Setting up and optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content. Creating editorial calendars and syndication schedules. Capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights, and best practices. Working with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing. Qualifications : Social Media Marketing and Content Creation skills. Digital Marketing skills. Experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content. Knowledge of marketing strategies and trends.
