Overview
The Head of Quality will oversee the airline’s Quality Management System across flight operations, ground operations, maintenance, and continuing airworthiness. This role ensures strict compliance with GACA regulations, ICAO Annexes, IATA standards, and IOSA requirements, while driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the airline’s Quality Management System and ensure compliance across all operational areas.
- Design and implement robust audit programs and risk-based oversight strategies.
- Monitor and report on quality performance and compliance metrics.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, incidents, and complaints.
- Integrate quality and safety principles into every aspect of the business.
- Provide leadership, training, and coaching to promote a strong safety culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, or equivalent.10+ years of airline experience, including at least 4 years in a management role.Strong knowledge of civil aviation regulations, ICAO Annexes, IOSA, and IATA standards.Expertise in Quality & Safety Management Systems, auditing, and document control.Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Why Join flyadeal?
