Position Title : Head of Compliance
Role Overview The Head of Compliance will ensure organizational adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements across diversified business units and shared services, including Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement. The role safeguards corporate integrity, mitigates compliance risks, and fosters a culture of ethics, governance, and accountability. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the position works closely with executive and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Implementation
Develop and implement a group-wide compliance framework aligned with corporate and regulatory objectives.
Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits to identify and address control gaps.
Embed compliance principles into operational and strategic processes.
Maintain a Board-approved Compliance Monitoring Plan and update the Group Compliance Manual.
Governance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to KSA laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Prepare compliance reports and updates for senior management and the Board.
Act as liaison with regulators, auditors, and legal advisors.
Recommend, implement, and track corrective actions following audits or incidents.
Lead confidential investigations of compliance breaches.
Leadership & Development
Deliver compliance and ethics training across all business units.
Promote a culture of transparency and ethical conduct.
Lead, mentor, and develop compliance teams across divisions.
Support continuous professional development within the compliance function.
Skills Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, or related field.
Mandatory : CCEP or CRCMP certification or other Authorized Compliance Certifications
Preferred : CFE or CIA.
Experience
10+ years of compliance experience in Saudi-based organizations, preferably diversified or family-owned groups.
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role overseeing group-level compliance.
Proven success in implementing compliance monitoring systems.
Skills & Competencies
Strong command of compliance frameworks and management systems.
Proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle) and document control tools.
Analytical ability to interpret and apply evolving regulations.
High ethical standards, sound judgment, and integrity.
Experience leading investigations into misconduct, fraud, bribery, and harassment.
