Country Manager – Heavy Trucks & Buses (KSA)

We are looking for a strong and experienced Country Manager to lead our Heavy Trucks and Buses business in Saudi Arabia . This is a senior role responsible for the full P&L, daily operations, sales performance, and overall business growth. The right person will act as the main leader for the country, managing teams, customers, and partners to achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Heavy Trucks and Buses business in KSA
• Full P&L ownership including revenue, profitability, budgeting, and cost control
• Build and grow sales performance across all regions
• Manage dealer networks, fleet customers, government accounts, and key partners
• Oversee daily operations, including sales, service, parts, and customer support
• Develop business strategies to increase market share and brand visibility
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and company standards
• Lead and support local teams with clear targets and performance management
• Coordinate with HQ for reporting, forecasting, and business planning
