About the Role Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Reports To : Country Head – Saudi Arabia Employment type : Full‑time Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level Job function : Business Development and Sales Industry : Telecommunications

Key Responsibilities

Sales Pipeline Development

– Identify and target high‑potential enterprise opportunities across industries such as financial services, e‑commerce, healthcare, retail, and logistics; expand the company’s presence within Saudi Arabia’s top enterprise accounts; generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management

– Understand prospective clients’ business models and communication needs; position CPaaS solutions as tailored value propositions; build and maintain long‑term relationships; lead negotiations and close deals with a minimum 15% direct margin.

Strategic Account Management and Growth

– Implement account‑specific strategies to drive retention, upselling, and cross‑selling of additional CPaaS solutions; monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify deeper integration opportunities.

Market Intelligence and Strategic Positioning

– Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities; refine the go‑to‑market strategy based on market insights.

Revenue and Performance Accountability

– Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue quotas and margin targets; provide detailed sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to the Country Head.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

– 4–5 years of business development experience with a proven track record in enterprise‑level B2B sales, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, IT, or telecommunications.

Demonstrated success in building sales pipelines, closing large deals, and achieving revenue growth targets in competitive markets.

Strong understanding of CPaaS solutions, APIs, and enterprise communication workflows.

Core Competencies and Skills

Exceptional sales and negotiation skills; ability to craft compelling value propositions and close high‑value contracts.

Strategic mindset with the ability to understand complex business models and design tailored solutions.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills; capable of delivering engaging technical demonstrations to C‑level executives.

Technical proficiency in CPaaS architecture, APIs, and enterprise software systems.

Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Proven ability to build trust and credibility with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.

Fluent in Arabic and English.
