We are seeking a driven Business Development professional to open new doors, engage key stakeholders, and generate opportunities with the Kingdom’s most ambitious developments. Key Responsibilities
Open New Doors : Identify and secure entry points into mega and giga projects, building initial relationships with decision-makers and influencers. Build Networks : Develop strong connections with consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders to position El Ajou Group early in the project cycle. Drive Growth : Meet revenue targets by creating qualified opportunities and progressing them into long-term accounts. Develop Proposals : Support solution design and proposal efforts by aligning client needs with our offerings in smart space, digital, and workplace solutions. Market Insights : Share feedback on project trends and customer needs to help refine strategy and solutions. Who You Are
4–6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a focus on mega and giga projects in Saudi Arabia. Proven and active hunter mindset with a record of breaking into new accounts and delivering results. Strong relationship builder, confident in conversations engaging consultants, project managers, and C-level stakeholders. Background in furniture, technology, or AV solutions is a strong advantage. Fluent in English (Arabic preferred). Saudi nationals strongly encouraged to apply. Role Highlights
