Senior UX Researcher

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and conduct user research studies including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies.

Apply Nielsen’s 10 Usability Heuristics during evaluations and testing to identify UX issues and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to translate research findings into actionable insights.

Lead the development of user personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks.

Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle and influence design strategy with evidence-based insights.

Present clear, concise, and compelling research findings to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Mentor junior researchers and support UX research knowledge sharing across the organization.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in UX research, preferably within digital product teams or agencies.

Proven track record of applying Nielsen’s usability heuristics in real-world testing and evaluations.

Deep understanding of UX best practices and human-centered design principles.

Strong experience with research planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.

Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Maze, or similar.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in agile environments or design sprints.

Background in psychology, HCI, IT, design, or related fields.

Certification from NN / g or similar UX institutions is a plus.
