About the location :

AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. The pristine terrain includes trails perfect for canyoning and exploring the rugged cliffs and valleys. About the Role As Stewarding Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all kitchens and stewarding areas. From pre-opening setup to ongoing daily operations, you will ensure that all culinary and service areas run smoothly by leading a team responsible for stewarding standards across the resort.

What You Will Do

Support pre-opening activities such as equipment inventory, setup of dishwashing areas, and stewarding procedures.

Supervise stewarding staff to ensure proper cleaning, sanitizing, and storage of kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment.

Monitor cleanliness and ensure compliance with HACCP and hygiene standards.

Maintain operating supplies and cleaning materials, conducting regular stock checks.

Coordinate with culinary and service teams to support smooth operations across outlets.

Train, schedule, and motivate stewarding team members for efficiency and consistency.

What You Bring

Previous experience as a Stewarding Supervisor or senior steward in a luxury hotel or resort environment.

Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures in hospitality kitchens.

Excellent team leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible schedules and manage a team in a high-paced setting.

Pre-opening experience is a plus.

Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in English is essential.
