Responsibilities
- Design and deliver suitable training and development initiatives to Bayut clients.
- Visit clients to understand platform training needs.
- Contribute towards internal training needs analysis and deployment of training for professional development of staff by working closely with stakeholders across all departments.
- Attend events and interact with client staff.
- Ensure appropriate use of Bayut platforms.
- Conduct online and face‑to‑face training for client portfolios.
- Utilize best practices and educational principles in creating and deploying training sessions.
- Apply familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, e‑learning, workshops, and classroom style.
- Evaluate effectiveness of training courses through assessment and feedback.
- Curate and develop training content for external and internal clients.
- Excel in a high‑performing and fast‑paced work environment.

Qualifications
