Overview
Develop strategically sound communication plans to address key client challenges.
Lead digital media plan selection, quality of execution, and operational excellence.
Ensure world-class client service and account management, working alongside direct reports.
Manage day-to-day client and agency team operations.
Handle multiple projects effectively, setting priorities and meeting deadlines under pressure.
Identify and tackle key client business challenges, leveraging agency solutions for growth.
Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, products, services, and market environment.
Maintain expert knowledge of the media marketplace and digital & offline advertising technologies.
Apply strategic digital communication planning and act as a consultant to clients.
Utilize research tools and industry software such as Statex, Z-Plan, GWI, SimilarWeb, EuroMonitor.
Build rapport with media owners and internal teams.
Lead media planning and execution across multiple clients and industries.
Manage client relationships and team collaborations.
Mentor junior team members and explore new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Understand client’s business and marketing objectives, covering all media channels.
Analyze data to derive insights and create competitive advantages.
Use research data including sales, awareness, and competitive data effectively.
Develop media strategies based on briefs and monitor campaign metrics.
Manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
Perform campaign analysis and optimize strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and agency counterparts.
Develop media plans and suggest media outlet utilization aligned with client goals.
Possess strong industry knowledge and stay updated on trends and technologies.
Ensure ROI-driven media planning and execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
7-9 years of experience in media planning or related roles.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and pressure management skills.
Digital certifications across major platforms (Meta, Google, Snap, Twitter, TikTok).
Experience in business development.
