Program Director

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional Engineering (P.Eng) designation or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure maintenance and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or program management role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale or complex infrastructure programs, including transportation networks, water / wastewater systems, or facilities.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles, lifecycle costing, and operations optimization.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
