Role Description : Marketing Director (Remote – Full Time) Clarvia is seeking a

Marketing Director

to lead the company’s marketing vision and drive strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, manage high-impact campaigns, and ensure cohesive brand positioning across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead Clarvia’s marketing strategy in alignment with business goals

Design and oversee marketing plans, campaigns, and sales-driven initiatives

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights

Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue-focused marketing activities

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and client interactions

Collaborate closely with design, content, sales, and tech teams

Monitor KPIs and provide ongoing performance analysis and insights

Qualifications

Proven experience in

Marketing Strategy, Marketing Management, and Market Planning

Strong analytical capabilities and solid experience in Market Research

Proficiency in Marketing & Sales operations

with demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth

Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote environment

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field ( MBA preferred )

Previous experience in the

legal industry or professional services

is a significant advantage
