Must-Have : 8+ years of experience with enterprise CRM systems within the banking industry Skilled in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), Banking processes, Integrations, Power BI, and Excel.

Prior experience in managing CRM lifecycle, enhancements, and multi-channel integrations In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance (SAMA, data privacy), system security, and effective reporting Experience in leading CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) development to boost engagement, managing implementation with vendors, and ensuring user adoption, UAT, and training.

Nice to Have : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field Professional certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), ITIL Foundation, Agile / Scrum Practitioner, Customer Experience / Digital Product Certifications (e.g., CCXP) would be a plus About Us : Arthur Lawrence is a management and technology consulting firm providing enterprise-wide business transformation and business applications implementation services.
