Establish sales objectives and strategy through forecasting through a sales process and sales team. Develop annual sales budget and quotas for regions. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Day to day activities and management of the Inside Sales Department. Show the growth for all service sales pillar (Solution, Replacement, parts, AMC, T&M). Conduct proper communication with all support functions as KA, CS, application, product team and execution team. Establish and adjust sales prices by monitoring costs, competitors, and supply and demand indicators. Complete service sales operation requirements by scheduling and assigning sales team members and following up on work results. Manage project costing including in-house product and vendor cost from estimation stage till handover date. Proper estimation and evaluation for all projects and ensure all contracts are profitable as per company guidelines. Collaborate with all SBU’s (AP, VRV, DX, Service, Refrigeration) to achieve company objectives and targets. Work closely with the execution team to protect / enhance gross margin and control costs. Report to SM / BM on weekly and monthly basis. Maintain customer satisfaction as a priority; service sales to take necessary countermeasures to meet the best customer satisfaction level. Support the organization’s processes to remain legally compliant per local law and regulations. Maximize revenue and profitability by focusing on operational excellence and execution within the team and responsibilities. Follow internal procedures, systems, and approval matrices for purchasing materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency. Lead, develop and coach the service sales team to deliver the business budget (revenue, margin, cost control) while ensuring timely and quality service delivery. Drive continuous service sales improvement, hold operational review meetings, and implement operational discipline (tools, processes, people development). Monitor, report and analyze the monthly performance of the service sales team. Maintain strong working relationships with service vendors as third-party workforce, dealers and contractors. Overall responsible for performance reviews and evaluations for the service sales team in coordination with line manager. Collaborate with local service management, regional service management and Service SBU. Qualifications
Possesses an Engineering Degree from a reputable and recognized institution. At least 5 years of experience as Service sales within Saudi Arabia or GCC Market. Experience in a Multi-National HVAC company in Saudi Arabia or GCC; prior experience with Daikin is a plus. Strong technical background on VRV / DX / Chillers / Controls and Airside products is a MUST. Strong analytical skills, maturity in handling service manpower, and strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate internally and externally with staff and customers. Good presentation skills using Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to create and implement sales plans and meet sales goals by monitoring progress. Ability to analyze sales data and drive growth. Management and leadership skills; align team objectives with enterprise or departmental objectives. Problem solver; ability to use SAP, software and generate reports. Very good communication skills and strong commercial understanding of contracts, payment terms and other business factors that drive service and solutions business. Good financial understanding. Field service experience is required. Sales experience is required. Preferred with Saudi experience, but not mandatory; English proficiency required, Arabic speaking preferred but not mandatory.
