Team Leader - Auto Services

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field is preferred

Royal Swiss Auto Services is currently seeking a Team Leader with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry to join our dynamic team in Al Riyadh. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations in our auto service center and leading a team of technicians to deliver high quality services to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs and services
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Manage and prioritize work orders to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitor inventory and order parts as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
