Must-Have : 8+ years of experience in Loyalty & Rewards Management with a strong focus on CRM marketing Skilled in platform integration, partner onboarding, and vendor management In-depth knowledge of compliance with SAMA and data privacy regulations Proven experience of tracking KPIs and generating performance reports using Excel and Power BI Hands-on experience in designing and managing tiered, points-based, and partner reward programs to drive engagement and retention.

Nice to Have : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Strategy, or any other relevant field.

Preferred Certifications : Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP) – Loyalty Academy, CRM or Microsoft Dynamics Certification, Agile or Scrum Product Owner Certification, Digital Marketing Certification (Google, HubSpot, etc.) About Us : Arthur Lawrence is a management and technology consulting firm providing enterprise-wide business transformation and business applications implementation services.
