Overview
The role is responsible to drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda across multiple markets by leading pricing strategy, pack-price architecture, and trade spend optimization to deliver sustainable NR and margin growth.

Responsibilities
- RGM Agenda Delivery : Lead the planning of RGM agenda across Gulf, Levant, ME GMD & Quaker Foods (AOP, PSP, ad-hoc initiatives). Leverage pricing, pack-price, mix management and trade spend optimization to unlock growth opportunities and deliver NR and margin targets.
- Pack Price Architecture & Performance : Develop pack-price scenarios with clear financial implications (volume, NR and GP). Monitor and analyze pack / channel performance vs. competitions, identify trends and recommend actions to optimize SKU’s, rationalize assortments and prioritize key SKUs to drive incremental NR.
- Mix Management : Recommend initiatives to improve NR and enhance channel-specific pack lineups, ensuring stronger mix contribution and sustainable growth.
- Promotion Effectiveness : Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to design, track, and review trade investment plans, ensuring ROI optimization and efficiency in trade spend.
- Pricing Strategy & Governance : Develop a 3-year Pricing Roadmap and annual AOP pricing plans. Chair / co-chair Pricing Councils to review performance, approve pricing actions, and ensure seamless execution. Continuously monitor competitor moves, retail price tiers, and cross-border risks to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Category teams to align pack-price strategies, capture channel opportunities, and support innovation pricing.
- Capability & Best Practices : Actively participate in global / sector RGM forums to adopt the best practices, enhance local team capabilities, and strengthen overall market capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, business, or a related field.8+ years commercial leadership experience in FMCG.Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into executable commercial plans with measurable outcomes.Strong financial acumenExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills to drive team performance and stakeholder engagement.Strong knowledge of local trade dynamics and customer landscape.Seniority level
