ServiceNow ITAM Lead

Arthur Lawrence is hiring a ServiceNow ITAM Lead to develop and oversee the IT Asset Management strategy across hardware, software, and cloud environments for a client in Riyadh, KSA.

This role ensures asset lifecycle governance, compliance, and cost optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities : Define and implement ITAM policies and lifecycle processes Lead HAM and SAM operations and teams Ensure license compliance and regulatory adherence Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT for cost-effective asset use Drive improvements in ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and reporting Support audits and track KPIs for asset performance Requirements : 8+ years in ITAM, with 3+ years in leadership Strong experience in HAM, SAM, and ITAM platforms ITIL / ITAM certifications preferred Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills About Us : Arthur Lawrence is a management and technology consulting firm providing enterprise-wide business transformation and business applications implementation services.
