The Flash Sales Executive is the driving force behind our growth engine, a fast-moving, field-based professional responsible for winning new business across all our business lines. This role requires identifying leads, meeting clients face-to-face, preparing quick quotes, and turning opportunities into contracts. Flash Sales Executives represent the speed, trust, and professionalism that define Initial. Our Flash Sales Team embodies our spirit : fast, local, and trusted. They connect directly with customers, win work across every service, and keep Initial Saudi at the forefront of the facilities and manpower industry. Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new client opportunities through field visits, referrals, and inbound leads. Conduct daily client meetings to present Initial’s service portfolio. Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations in line with approved pricing models. Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and activity targets. Cross-sell and upsell across multiple service lines to increase wallet share. Record all leads, client interactions, and pipeline progress accurately in Monday.com CRM. Coordinate with Business Unit Heads to validate operational readiness before commitment. Monitor competitor activity and share market intelligence with the Flash Sales Manager. Represent Initial Saudi with professionalism and integrity in all client engagements. Performance Indicators (KPIs)

A diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not essential, for candidates with proven field sales experience or strong communication skills. Minimum 2 years of experience in the field or B2B sales, ideally within service-based industries. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (preferably Monday.com). Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory). What We Offer
