Overview
Sales executive is a professional who drives the sales of a company’s products or services as per the goals set. They work in assistance with the sales manager and Sr. Sales Executive. Sales executives actively seek new prospects and leads, then convert them into customers or users.
Responsibilities
- Creating customer awareness of Resal products.
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers via phone, email, and face to face.
- Present products and services to potential customers to aid in closing sales.
- Close deals by following up on contracts (invoices) from receipt to signing.
- Demonstrate product features, pricing, availability, and benefits to customers.
- Update the sales manager on the entire customer journey through official channels as determined by the sales manager (Microsoft App, HubSpot, Basecamp, email, phone).
- Maintain and expand client database & pipeline within the assigned territory.
- Maintain proper records & reports in accordance with the sales management process.
- Research the products of competitors and identify opportunities to increase sales.
Qualifications
Degree qualification preferably in marketing.Minimum of 2 years experience working in sales.Ability to work under sales and target pressure.Preferably previously worked on CRM and Microsoft.Job details
