Production Supervisor- Slaughterhouse / Deboning / Retail Packing (ALMARAI Company, Saudi Arabia) . Job Description / Responsibility Managing daily packing operations to meet production targets and quality specifications, ensuring products are packed according to customer requirements. Monitoring packing efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and reducing product losses during the packing process. Providing performance reports, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions to enhance product quality and reduce waste. Developing and implementing SOPs, training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead a team and work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food & Nutrition Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related discipline. Skills Required : Agro Based company, Agro Farm Management, processed meat, beef fatering Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s) The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) : Training Institutes, Food (Packaged) / Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing / Seed / GM), Overseas Companies, Food (Packaged), Agro based Startup Additional Requirements
