Supervise and manage the production cells. Manage human resources in production and ensure that qualified personnel are available to carry out the production plan. Roles & Responsibilities
Carry out weekly communication (staff feedback, improvement sheet, site events, etc.) Define maintenance intervention priorities Define objectives and training in employees in the associated digital tools Carry out annual appraisal and development interviews as well as quarterly coaching sessions (Check-In) Ensure the management of human resources by planning the organization of production cells, according to the workload and absences recorded. Manage the versatility of operators and their training (through the versatility table), and create a rotation of teams in order to maintain versatility. Identify and validate requests for leave and other planned. According to internal agreements and identified needs in relation to the production load, ensuring the traceability of any staff absence. Leading, supporting, helping the team Manage conflicts and make the necessary managerial decisions Carry out an initial analysis and then report serious problems, as well as propose corrective solutions Adhere to HSA policy and procedures Collect information and pass on instructions at the beginning and end of the shift to other team managers and drivers. Communicate changes to drivers and team Report and have Non-Conformities written through Non-Conformance Sheets Participate in production and other meetings Communicate delays to Customer Service / managers before 4 p.m. Ensure the scheduling of production according to machine and product mix constraints Lead improvement and problem-solving projects in workshops Audit the operators weekly the associated document (including Job Instructions) Ensure and enforce instructions and procedures (Safety, HSE, Quality, HR, etc.) Work Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. Preferred Skills
Technical skills / Background : experience in team management. Behavioral skills / expected attitude : Leadership, Assertiveness, benevolence, adaptability, communication, and decision-making. Work Experience : Experience in a similar industrial environment desirable. English and Arabic speaker.
