Key Responsibilities
- Estimate costs for materials, equipment, utilities, and labor.
- Conduct site surveys to define project scope.
- Analyze RFPs to understand project needs.
- Review subcontractor and vendor pricing.
- Prepare cost summaries, compliance reports, and risk assessments.
- Develop and submit technical proposals.
- Manage post-tender activities, including client interactions and negotiations.
- Keep updated on estimating technologies and cost techniques.
Qualifications
Experience in costing and estimating.Knowledge of contract law and commercial terms.Facilities Maintenance background (MEP preferred).Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.Excellent organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.Technical report writing.10 years of experience, including 5 years in a similar role.Communication with Stakeholders
