Expert Technical Engineer (Dell PowerMax 8500 / 2500)

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with high accountability..
• Proven hands-on experience with Dell PowerMax 8500 & 2500 (design, implementation, operations).
• Deep knowledge of SRDF replication, SnapVX, Data Reduction, NVMe over FC, Unisphere, Solutions Enabler.
• Lead deployment, installation, and initial configuration of PowerMax arrays (hardware & software).
• Configure storage groups, port masking, NVMe namespaces, and SRPs.
• Perform data migrations using SRDF, Open Replicator, or approved third-party tools.
• Define integration strategies with VMware, Mainframe (z / OS), Open Systems, and backup ecosystems.
• Strong background in storage integration with VMware, Windows / Linux, Oracle RAC, and mainframe.
• Execute testing and validation for performance, high availability (HA), and failover / failback scenarios.
• Excellent problem-solving and escalation management abilities

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
