Role Description

This is a full-time and on-site role located in Jeddah for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and directing the sales team, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and expanding the customer base. The day‑to‑day tasks include setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, crafting sales reports, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires leadership, an ability to identify growth opportunities, and hands‑on management.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management and team leadership
• Proficiency in developing sales strategies and analyzing sales data
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining client relationships
• Ability to set sales goals and create sales reports
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and identifying growth opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Relevant experience in the coffee or beverage industry is a plus
