About the Role

Program Manager – Vehicle Design & Manufacturing | Al Kharaj (SAUDI NATIONALITY)

Seeking a dynamic Program Manager with proven technical knowledge in vehicle design and manufacturing to join our team in Al Kharaj. The ideal candidate will lead major automotive programs from concept through production, ensuring timely delivery, cost effectiveness, and exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for new and modified vehicle launches, managing all phases from engineering changes through post-production.
Develop and execute detailed project plans, budgeting, and resource allocation for each work stream.
Oversee progress, mitigate risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout program lifecycle.
Lead meetings, report on project deliverables, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
Foster relationships with internal / external stakeholders and negotiate complex arrangements to optimize performance.
Provide technical guidance on automotive trends, design, and manufacturing methods.

Desired Skills & Experience

Degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred.

Extensive experience in automotive engineering—vehicle design, project planning, and production management.

Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Hands-on experience with project and process management tools.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
