Overview
Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle HRMS modules, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Handle the implementation, ongoing support, and enhancement of Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Performance Management and Learning Management, etc.).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and configurations.
- Participate in full-cycle implementations and system enhancements for Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.Proven experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Performance Management and Learning Management, etc.).Strong technical proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, APIs, and Oracle development tools.Functional understanding of HR processes and best practices.Experience in full-cycle implementations and system enhancements.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of Compensation Workbench is a plus.Seniority level
