We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our team in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for baking and creating desserts, even with minimal work experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating pastries and desserts from scratch using fresh ingredients, developing new recipes, preparing, baking, and plating desserts. They will also manage pastry kitchen staff, order supplies, and stay updated with the latest pastry trends.

Ideal candidates should possess :

• Excellent knowledge of pastry-making techniques and ingredients
• Ability to plan menus and manage staff
• Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends
• Creative flair for developing new recipes
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
