Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management and Marketing Expert across our IoT and M2M solutions , with emerging involvement in AI-driven products . They will act as the bridge between technical product development, customer needs, and market trends—ensuring that our solutions are innovative, secure, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for IoT / M2M solutions, within the Saudi market and wider MENA region.
- Ensure all products are designed and maintained in alignment with local regulatory requirements and international standards.
- Integrate AI / ML use cases in IoT solutions (smart cities, smart buildings, etc.).
- Perform competitive analysis and market intelligence to refine product positioning, pricing models, and portfolio prioritization.
- Support B2B and B2G sales teams with technical presentations , solution positioning, RFP responses, and thought leadership.
- Build and deliver go-to-market strategies including launch plans, sales kits, product documentation, training content, and digital marketing briefs.
- Assist in preparing localized product documentation, training materials, and technical whitepapers tailored to the Saudi market.
- Engage with enterprise clients, government stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to gather feedback and refine product offerings.
- Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product profitability, customer acquisition, churn, SLA compliance, and regulatory audits.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).Experience : 6+ years of experience in IoT, preferably in a product-oriented or technical client-facing role.Seniority level
