BlackStone eIT, a pioneering technology company, is in search of a proactive and strategic Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation through development to market launch. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and sales to ensure that our products meet market demands and align with our business goals.
Your role will involve conducting market research, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and defining the product vision. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead product strategy and make a significant impact on the growth of our organization.
Responsibilities :
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders
- Collaborate with the development team to define product specifications and features
- Work closely with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning
- Monitor product performance and collect user feedback to inform future product iterations
- Facilitate product training and support for internal teams and customers as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
