Collaborate with internal teams to design and present innovative solutions tailored to the banking sector. Leverage Accenture’s capabilities in digital transformation, cloud, AI, and other emerging technologies to address client challenges. Team Collaboration :

Work closely with delivery teams, industry experts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a high-performing sales culture. Performance Tracking and Reporting :

Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership. Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies throughout the sales lifecycle. Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on banking. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a complex, consultative sales environment. Skills and Competencies :
