Facility Corporate O&M Senior Specialist
We are looking for an exepreinced Facility Corporate O&M Senior Specialist to oversee the FM activities across RUA corporate assets and sites. This through perfroming the follwoing activities :
Perform specialized maintenance tasks and repairs on complex facility systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections and diagnostics to identify technical issues and develop effective repair and maintenance solutions.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and schedule specialized maintenance activities in alignment with operational needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs for critical systems and equipment.
- Utilize advanced technical knowledge and skills to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance activities, including proper handling of hazardous materials and equipment.
- Support the Facility Ops & Maintenance Manager in evaluating and selecting external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
- Document maintenance procedures, equipment specifications, and repair histories accurately for reference and compliance purposes.
- Provide training and technical guidance to junior technicians and maintenance staff on specialized maintenance techniques and procedures.
- Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery efforts, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of facility-related issues.
- Collaborate with project teams during new construction or renovation projects to integrate specialized maintenance requirements and ensure operational readiness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in specialized facility maintenance to propose and implement improvements.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on specialized maintenance activities, performance metrics, and project updates as required.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including Facility Ops & Maintenance Manager, team members, contractors, and other departments.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, safety awareness, and professional development within the maintenance team.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration , or a relevant field.Minimum of 5 years in facility operations and maintenance, with proven expertise in managing corporate facilities and utilities.Intermediate proficiency in Facility Management and Maintenance, Facilities and Utility Management, and Facility Operations.Skilled in Facilities Cost Budgeting and Asset Lifecycle Planning, ensuring efficient resource use and long-term asset sustainability.Strong capabilities in Asset Optimization, Asset Planning & Utilization Management, and Equipment and Assets Safety.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, documenting procedures, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Seniority level
