Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the world's largest global food companies in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Process Continuous Improvement & Product Development Analyst to drive efficiency, enhance product quality, and support cost-effective operations through strategic process improvements and new product development initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise in equipment functionality, root cause analysis, and project execution, with a focus on operational excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities :
- Drive Process Efficiency : Improve equipment performance and production processes to optimize efficiency, yield, capacity, quality, and cost.
- Hands-on Equipment Mastery : Gain deep understanding of machinery by operating equipment, reviewing manuals, and collaborating with OEM suppliers and maintenance teams.
- Process Standardization : Develop and update machine setting recipes, SOPs, work instructions, and checklists to ensure consistent operations and autonomous maintenance.
- Data-Driven Root Cause Analysis : Use Six Sigma, PDCA, and statistical tools to analyze process deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Execute Improvement Trials : Plan, conduct, and evaluate shop floor trials for process enhancements, including stakeholder coordination and data reporting.
- Lead Product Development : Oversee the complete lifecycle of new product development—specifications, trials, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Enhance Existing Products : Optimize current products through structured improvement cycles (PDCA), aligning with business goals.
- Supplier Collaboration : Manage external suppliers for product innovation, technical support, and cost-effective sourcing of ingredients and packaging.- Cross-functional Coordination : Work closely with Procurement, Quality, Production, and Corporate teams to ensure smooth project execution.- Ensure Compliance & Safety : Demonstrate strong commitment to HSE and FSQ, aligning improvement initiatives with plant safety and quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in EngineeringMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in factory operations, process improvement, or product development.English : Business proficiency requiredIn-depth knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance principles.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Familiarity with financial KPIs and cost optimization strategies.- Strong command of Six Sigma tools, PDCA, SDCA, and other problem-solving methodologies.- Proficient in statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and data correlation.- Experience in documentation management and cross-functional coordination.Benefits
