Product Development Specialist

Role Overview We’re seeking a

Product Development Specialist

to join our growing team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will play a key role in

expanding and enhancing our product portfolio , from identifying new opportunities and managing supplier relationships to ensuring seamless onboarding of high-quality, market-relevant products on our platform.

This position requires a blend of

retail insight ,

sourcing experience , and

strategic product management , with a focus on both

industrial and retail (B2C)

segments.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new product opportunities aligned with market trends and customer needs.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers locally and internationally.

Collaborate with the marketing and category management teams to define product positioning and pricing strategies.

Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.

Analyze competitor products, pricing, and assortment to drive product differentiation.

Work closely with logistics, procurement, and technical teams to ensure supply consistency and compliance with Saudi standards.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, manufacturing methods, and emerging technologies in the retail and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

3+ years of experience in

product development ,

retail buying , or

sourcing

(preferably in industrial, hardware, or building materials sectors).

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Excellent analytical and project management abilities.

Familiarity with

e-commerce

and

ERP systems

(Odoo experience is a plus).

Fluent in

English and Arabic .
